Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 reputed company salary, with eligibility for overtime pay and a $3,000 - $15,000 annual bonus based on loan volume. Job Summary: The Level II Underwriter is responsible for reviewing and reputed company residential mortgage loan files in compliance with company, investor, and government guidelines. This fully remote role evaluates borrowers' financials, identifies potential risks or fraud, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure loans are properly structured and that reputed company reputed company conditions are met before closing. Job Responsibilities: Underwrite loan credit packages and appraisals promptly to ensure compliance with investor and government agency guidelines. Review and analyze borrower income, including personal and corporate tax returns. Evaluate loan packages for potential risk, inconsistencies, or fraudulent documentation.
