Accounts Receivable Supervisor, Customer Service Management

About the position This is a hybrid role based out of Doral, Florida where you will work in office two days a week upon Manager approval after training. Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM EST - 4:30 PM EST What Customer Service Management contributes to reputed company Customer Service Management contributes by establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Responsibilities

• Supervise the Accounts Receivable Team (about 27-30 FTE's)

• Mentor and coach employees with focus on performance management and professional development
• Collaborate with employees to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in reputed company field, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Prior medical billing experience preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
