Accounts Receivable Accountant II

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Maryland (USA), Virginia (USA) TSC is seeking a detail oriented and reputed company Accounts Receivable (AR) Biller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with reputed company and a strong understanding of project-based billing, government contracting requirements, and project closeout processes. This role is responsible for accurate invoices, maintaining billing schedules, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and supporting full lifecycle project reputed company through closeout. This role can be performed on a remote reputed company. Responsibilities to Include:

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate and timely customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing requirements
• Manage billing activities reputed company reputed company Costpoint
• Review contract documents to ensure billing compliance with federal, state, and reputed company guidelines
• reputed company detailed analysis of project costs, labor, expenses, and reputed company recognition
• Monitor unbilled receivables and follow up on outstanding invoices as needed
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Controls to validate billing data and resolve discrepancies
• Support and reputed company project closeout activities, including: final invoice preparation and submission, reconciliation of project costs and reputed company, de-obligation of remaining funds, clearing unbilled balances, ensuring reputed company documentation is complete and compliant
• Assist with reputed company audits as required
• Maintain accurate customer records, billing files, and supporting documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field and 2–4 years of relevant billing or project reputed company experience
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government reputed company clearance
• Experience with reputed company Costpoint
• Proven experience in billing or a similar financial role
• Strong computer skills including reputed company, Outlook, and PDF document management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Intermediate mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team
