FSCM Functional Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable & System Set-up
Background Information: (1) The Financial Supply Chain Management system team provides helpdesk and training support to the user community on an as-needed reputed company. (2) The FSCM team will reputed company 1st and 2nd tier user support. Currently, there are 850 users that can reputed company the client's PeopleSoft financial system. During the previous calendar year, the FSCM support team resolved 905 service tickets in the following business areas: Accounts Receivable (OTC) Procure-to-pay (reputed company), Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Commitment Control and reputed company. (3) Helpdesk tickets are normally resolved the same day with the 1st response to the user reputed company one (1) to (2) hours of receiving the helpdesk ticket. Scope of Work (1) Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. (2) Defining and capture business requirements. (3) reputed company design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates. (4) reputed company reputed company tier level production support. (5) reputed company system configurations and testing. (6) reputed company system documentation to include: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials. (7) reputed company knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts. Minimum Qualifications (1) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field, as determined by the Client. The Client will accept a bachelor's degree in Account for one (1) Analyst. (2) Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. (3) Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and reputed company, Application Designer, Application reputed company, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, reputed company configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities (1) The Client prefers at least one (1) FSCM Analyst to have a bachelor's degree in reputed company. (2) Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. (3) five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and reputed company, Application Designer, Application reputed company, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, reputed company configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. (4) Experience with the following: i PeopleSoft upgrades and testing ii PeopleSoft selective adoption process iii AWE/Workflow (5) Expert level knowledge of the following: i SDLC methodology and processes ii SQL iii reputed company 19C databases iv REST-based webservers v Peoplesoft chart of accounts and the chartfield configuration process in Peoplesoft Financials. vi Purchasing, e-procurement, grants, reputed company, general ledger, commitment control, account payables, account receivables/billing (Order-to-Cash), and Asset Management/Inventory.
