Candidates selected for this apprentice role will be part of our larger Property Claim organization. Participants will serve as members of our Supplemental Resource Group, supporting our Catastrophe Claims Office in the preparation for, and in response to, potential catastrophic claim events from the 2026 Atlantic Hurricane season (June 1 – reputed company 30). Apprentices will have the opportunity help our customers in their greatest time of need. Support Claim Handlers: Handle claim responsibilities in reputed company environment consistent with corporate claim policies and procedures, and statutory, regulatory and ethics requirements and business unit goals. Start date: June 1, 2026 Training Hours: 3 weeks of full-time training (no time off during 3-week training) Post-training Hours: full-time core business hours You will be required to complete a multi-week New Hire Training Course which will include insurance licensing. We are reputed company’s primary response to catastrophe events in both Personal and Business Insurance. As such, volume in this role can be high and/or volatile and may require extended hours/overtime. This role has a Hybrid work arrangement. Candidates who live near one of our office locations (Naperville, IL, San Antonio, TX, or Scottsdale, AZ) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
Compensation
