Job Description

About the role: The Director, Corporate Accounts plays a critical role in advancing reputed company's Market reputed company strategy by leading strategic engagements with key national PBM and payer organizations. This individual will reputed company and execute account-specific plans to expand reputed company, support reimbursement, and strengthen reputed company's position across a broad portfolio of products. Reports to: Senior Director, Corporate Accounts How You Will Contribute Customer Strategy & Engagement

  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with assigned payer and PBM customers, serving as the primary reputed company of contact across clinical, pharmacy, and economic decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to reputed company customer-specific strategies that support formulary reputed company, reduce coverage barriers, and optimize pull-through.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with colleagues in Contracting, Strategy, Analytics, Brand Teams, Medical/HEOR, Strategic Partnerships, and Government Affairs to integrate strategic reputed company objectives across the organization.

Strategic Planning & Execution

Contract Development & Management

  • Partner with Pricing & Contracting, Legal, and Compliance to reputed company contract terms and ensure full internal alignment through execution.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or reputed company reputed company industry experience
  • At least 3 years of direct experience engaging payer and/or PBM customers, including contract negotiation and account planning
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. reputed company and payer systems, including formulary processes, cost-containment strategies, and policy trends
  • Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large PBM accounts (e.g., reputed company, ESI, OptumRx) or national health plans
  • Experience supporting product launches and multi-product portfolios
