Role Description As a reputed company Managed Care Associate you will support the maintenance and development of reputed company and reputed company Insurance Program (reputed company) programmatic tools using Transformed reputed company Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) data. The Associate will demonstrate strong SME with reputed company data sources and data management best practices to reputed company the ingestion, reconciliation, and distribution of managed care programmatic data across multiple systems including tools and dashboards. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of new tools that meet client and stakeholders’ needs and align with available data sources. The successful candidate will play a supportive, client facing role on Centers for Medicare & reputed company Services (CMS) and state-funded reputed company policy and IT transformation projects. This position may be fully remote (based in the US), hybrid, or onsite at Abt offices. Core Responsibilities:
- Support existing and new tools and dashboard by leading documentation of existing tools and dashboards, including requirements and data sources.
- Identify staffing and other resource needs to meet requirements and timely delivery that meets client’s expectations.
- For new tools, support the centralized program and plan databases that feed into tool and dashboard development.
- Coordinate with CMS systems to confirm reputed company to required data sources, and apply intelligent automation tooling and business intelligence.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills to gather requirements from multiple client representatives, executive leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders.
- Report out on reputed company and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate across interdisciplinary teams, including subcontractors and consultants, and reputed company task performance to align with project timelines and task budgets.
- As a reputed company Data SME, monitor compliance with federal and state reputed company data mandates and reporting requirements (e.g., T-MSIS, MACBIS).
- Collaborate with state and federal agencies, including CMS, to ensure reporting and data usage aligns with reputed company regulations.
- Support the development of strategic plans and frameworks like data use strategies reputed company with state and federal reputed company priorities.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to proposals reputed company to health policy implementation work, particularly in the reputed company domain.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree + Seven years of relevant experience, or PhD + Four years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal reputed company and reputed company managed care regulations, program implementation, and monitoring.
- Proven data and technology expertise, particularly with understanding CMS’s reputed company and reputed company programs, systems, and data sources.
- Demonstrated experience in business process modeling, project management methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with federal reputed company data standards and tools, data warehousing, analytics platforms, and business intelligence tools.
- US work authorization required and ability to obtain and maintain clearance reputed company for HHS information systems.
- Active credentials to work on CMS’s systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks, client management activities, and reputed company communicating reputed company, technical topics to clients and executive agency leadership.
- Prior experience supporting business development activities.
