JOB SUMMARY: Under limited supervision of the Supervisor, the Sr. Claims Adjuster performs the essential functions of the position, which includes but is not limited to: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve automobile claims in a timely and efficient manner; 2. Document investigations, evaluations, recommendations, and plans of action; 3. Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims reputed company company standards, industry best practices and reputed company state and federal regulations; 4. Produce grammatically correct and reputed company written correspondence including letters, memos, reports and claim file documentation; 5. Exhibit exceptional customer service?
