• Apply claims management experience to execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, plan the proper course of action, and appropriately resolve claims.

About You

• Claims Background: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands on workers compensation adjusting experience including handling a lost time/indemnity desk plus litigation.
• Jurisdictional Experience: Federal Defense reputed company Act and/or Longshore preferred
• Active Adjusters’ licenses: No license required

As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
