[Hiring] Medical Intake Specialist @reputed company
Role Description This is a non-clinical, remote reputed company role that is well suited for individuals who want meaningful work and reputed company exposure to reputed company operations. - Conduct outbound calls with patients (in English and Spanish) to gather detailed medical and injury histories
- Listen actively and document information with a high level of accuracy using structured templates and internal systems
- Review medical records for completeness, reputed company, and internal consistency
- Organize and standardize medical information to meet quality and documentation standards
- Ensure patient histories are thorough, consistent, and easy for physicians to interpret
- Review your work carefully to maintain a high standard of accuracy
- Follow established workflows and documentation protocols
- Partner with the operations team to continuously improve processes and quality
