Bilingual reputed company Intake Specialist (Costa Rica)
This is a remote position. We are looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist to be the first reputed company of contact for potential clients. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English. You will play a key role in assessing client needs, gathering case information, and ensuring smooth case reputed company. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calling and answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients.
- Conduct initial client interviews to gather necessary case details.
- Assess case eligibility based on firm criteria and schedule consultations.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in the CRM system.

- Follow up with potential clients to ensure a smooth intake process.

Requirements
- Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish
