You’ll help new clients move smoothly through the intake process, answer questions, coordinate scheduling, and ensure they feel cared for from day one. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the welcoming first reputed company of contact for prospective and new clients
  • Guide clients through intake paperwork and reputed company steps
  • Answer questions with warmth, professionalism, and reputed company
  • Maintain accurate client information in electronic systems
  • Communicate with providers and internal team members to reputed company processes moving smoothly

  • Strong administrative experience in reputed company, behavioral health, or medical scheduling
  • Experience with intake coordination, reputed company desk, reception, or client support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while staying reputed company and steady
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with systems such as reputed company, Epic, Meditech or similar platforms
