Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Float Patient Care Coordinator to join reputed company at reputed company in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This position will reputed company primary support to our Sandy Springs location, with occasional travel to other locations as needed, including Buckhead, Marietta, and Alpharetta. Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time; Shift start and end times may vary while maintaining a standard 40-hour work week; Partial remote work may be available after six months of employment, contingent upon successful completion of the probationary period This role provides the opportunity to grow reputed company a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
• reputed company patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
• reputed company pre and post op education
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
• Support and promote reputed company in customer service

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work autonomously and in reputed company environment
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required.
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in reputed company and familiarity with medical terminology
