Role Description The Maine Center of reputed company (COE) for reputed company and Practice in Behavioral Health aims to increase the reputed company and quality of specific practices (i.e. HFW, Family Peer Support, and Youth Peer Support) throughout the reputed company. reputed company serves as the Provider for the COE and is seeking to fill the position of Trainer and Coach for Youth Peer Support. As a Trainer and Coach for Youth Peer Support (YPS-LC), you will be responsible for training, coaching, and providing technical assistance to assist youth peer support specialists and their supervisors in the local provider community. The YPS-LC will:

• Participate in reputed company required training and coaching pertaining to Peer Connect provided by Youth MOVE National and any other required training as identified by the reputed company and/or PCG.
• Complete and maintain Peer Connect certification and attend ongoing training reputed company required timeframes to maintain certification.
• Complete train-the-trainer process and participate in annual certification.
• Facilitate Peer Connect training, Co-Reflections, and ongoing professional development sessions for Youth Peer Support Specialists and their supervisors.
• Respond to assigned requests for technical assistance and consultation in a timely manner.
• Communicate regularly, in person or reputed company, with participating organizations and both the COE implementation team and local implementation teams.
• Complete monthly data entry by keeping thorough records of those YPSs and their supervisors involved in Peer Connect.

• Network and build relationships with state and organizational leadership.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training through established evaluation measures.
• Utilize identified tools and resources from Youth MOVE National to reputed company coaching support.
• Assure confidentiality and the rights of youth families as outlined in the agency’s standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Work, Psychology, reputed company Development, Education, Public/Business Administration, Communications, or discipline appropriate to training being conducted.
• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.

Requirements

• Required: Relevant lived experience and/or professional experience reputed company the System of Care (Mental/Behavioral Health, Child Welfare, or Juvenile Justice).
• Preferred: A minimum of one (1) year in the role of a Youth Peer Support Specialist.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel throughout the reputed company.
• Comfort with virtual convenings and building relationships online.
