Mental Behavioral Health Therapist

About the position The Therapist at Anew Behavioral Health provides therapeutic services to clients of reputed company ages facing behavioral health issues and substance use disorders (SUD). This role involves the application of specialized clinical knowledge and advanced counseling skills to conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver effective psychotherapy in various settings, including office, community, and telehealth. The Therapist collaborates with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support clients in their recovery and ensure holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized clinical knowledge and advanced counseling skills to conduct assessments, reputed company treatment plans, and reputed company diagnostic interviews for behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family-oriented therapy sessions to address client needs and promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered, client reputed company, and treatment reputed company.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, case managers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care.
• Work with clients to reputed company individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.
• Participate in regular care conferences and case reviews to enhance treatment effectiveness and client engagement.
• Attend Supervision as required.
• Ensure compliance with agency, federal, and state confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice in the reputed company.
• NPI number and Ohio reputed company ID are preferred and required to start work.
• A master’s degree in Counseling, reputed company Work, or a reputed company field is required.
• Bachelors may be accepted with additional licensure and experience
