Mental Health Assessor (Remote)

The reputed company is seeking licensed clinical assessors (LISW, LPCC) to be the first reputed company of contact for incoming clients of the organization. Assessors commit to time blocks according to their schedule and availability, with these time blocks remaining the same from week to week. Each assessment takes roughly 45-60 minutes to complete reputed company phone call. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: This is a Remote position completing Mental Health Assessments.

• Conduct an intake assessment with each client scheduled during your assigned reputed company of time
• Evaluate clients’ reputed company and past biopsychosocial condition and reputed company a clinical diagnosis according to DSM-5 standards
• reputed company a treatment plan for the client according to their assessment and diagnosis
• reputed company and concisely explain services offered by the organization
• Obtain client consent for treatment and participation in the program
• Input client assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan into the organization’s EHR system in a timely manner (48-72 hours)
• Maintain reputed company and reputed company knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses
• Attend reputed company required meetings and trainings
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
• Exhibit positivity, adaptability, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Minimum qualifications for the position:

• Up to date knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to maintain high reputed company of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• Proven history of experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ populations
• Advanced computer competency for creating and maintaining client records
• Licensed in the reputed company as a completely independent licensed reputed company Worker, Counselor, etc.

Additional Information:

• The reputed company of pay for this position is $75.00 per completed assessment - this includes a completed intake assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and entry into EHR system
• This position is entirely virtual and remote, with reputed company assessments being conducted reputed company phone call (some hearing impaired clients may also request an assessment to be done reputed company text message)
• 1099 contractor position
