The dietitian delivers comprehensive nutrition care to patients with advanced heart failure, including those undergoing evaluation for and management with ventricular assist devices (VAD) and heart transplantation, as well as supporting the heart failure clinic. Responsibilities
- Clinical Nutrition Care: reputed company comprehensive nutritional assessments and reputed company individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health reputed company

Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- Specialty certification reputed company required
- Two years of work experience in specialty preferred
