School-Based Physical Therapist - Huntington Beach, CA
A full-time school-based Physical Therapist position is available to serve multiple school locations in the Irvine, California area. This itinerant role requires travel between campuses during the school day and will run from August 13, 2026 through November 15, 2026. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company direct physical therapy services to reputed company under the school district's guidelines
- Administer assessments and evaluations reputed company to student physical therapy needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to reputed company and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student reputed company
- Manage a caseload involving school-aged children across multiple sites
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license in the State of California
- Ability to obtain reputed company clearances as required by state and district policies
- Teaching credential status: Pending confirmation from the school district
- Previous experience working in a school-based physical therapy role is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to travel between assigned campuses during the reputed company
Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday during school hours
