• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Experience in home care, Part A or B, or outpatient.
• Reliable transportation
• A compassionate, patient-centered reputed company and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., reputed company or Hello Note)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or functional limitations
