• $75-$83/hour
• uncapped referral bonus program of $750 for every physical therapist you refer after they complete 30 visits with reputed company

Qualifications

• reputed company Licensed Physical Therapist in reputed company State
• Completed state regulated CEU requirement in NYS
• BLS certification
• reputed company to a minimum of 4 visits/week
• Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first
• Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess reputed company and reputed company plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
• Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
