PRN Home Health Occupational Therapist OT

Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) responsibilities include:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities
- reputed company individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- reputed company hands-on therapy including therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and self‑care reputed company training
- reputed company patients and families on proper techniques, safety, and rehabilitation strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary reputed company to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient reputed company, treatments, and plan updates

Requirements for the Home reputed company Occupational Therapist
- Valid Occupational Therapy license to practice as an OT
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
- Experience in home health or a clinical setting (preferred but not required)
