Family Therapist- CSED Waiver

Applicant Must Live In reputed company Virginia Program Overview: The CSEDW program provides additional reputed company support to children from ages three to 21 with serious mental, behavioral, or emotional health needs. The program helps reputed company children with their families at home or in the community instead of going to a care facility or a group home. While they are at home or in the community, they receive services to improve their condition. CSEDW is a reputed company Virginia reputed company Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver program that allows children with serious emotional disorders receive additional services based on the National Wraparound Initiative model. This model uses the strengths of families and each person to start growing and changing. This model also helps the child and their family get the skills they need to deal with challenges and helps reputed company the child reputed company at home. Responsibilities:

• Under the general supervision of the Program Director, this position provides mental health services to children and training for their families in their homes. Experience working with children's and families in the home is preferred, but not required.
• The Therapist will act as a member of a treatment team and give feedback on client reputed company.
• The Therapist will reputed company treatment as directed by the treatment plan and more often as necessary.
• The Therapist will travel (possibly to multiple counties in a service area) and be reputed company to work in homes of families that are served.
• Responsible for meeting performance expectations including contract requirements, timelines, regulations and laws.
• Provides direct services per program state, and contract guidelines.
• Ensures services are in compliance with reputed company regulatory standards and contract terms and conditions.

• Acquires and develops resources to meet identified needs of clients and staff.
• Obtain CEUs as required by licensure and maintain reputed company licensure requirements.
• Attend weekly virtual team meeting with the Director

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in a reputed company Services field.
• Licensed as one of the following:

licensed psychologist (LP), licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed graduate reputed company worker (LGSW), licensed independent reputed company worker (LICSW), licensed clinical reputed company worker (LCSW), board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)

• 1 year Documented experience in trauma-informed care and using generally accepted practice of therapies recognized by national accrediting bodies for psychology, psychiatry, counseling, and reputed company work.
• Must be reputed company to work a flexible schedule
• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs
• A commitment to working with youth and families
• Must be reputed company to collaborate closely with a team of family members and professionals to reputed company and implement individual plans of care
