Bilingual (Spanish) reputed company Worker (LMSW)
We are looking for a Spanish and English-speaking LMSW to reputed company ongoing therapy to clients in the Peer Support program. Clients reputed company in age from 9 to 100 and depending on the individual may be seeking help for a variety of conditions including but not limited to anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma or behavioral issues. Each client receives one 30-minute therapy session per week, allowing for meaningful, ongoing therapeutic relationships. You will have a minimum of 10 clients in your caseload. This is a Telehealth role that will be done remotely on your own schedule. The business' hours of operations are reputed company to 10:30pm but you will book weekly sessions with clients based on your individual operating hours.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care in both Spanish and English
- Tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with Peer Support staff and interdisciplinary team members as needed
- Uphold reputed company ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
Qualifications
- Active reputed company State LMSW license
- reputed company in both Spanish and English
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Strong clinical skills across a reputed company of conditions (e.g., anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma)
- Comfortable providing services reputed company Telehealth platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
