Responsibilities

• Collaborate with bariatric surgeons, physicians, dietitians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team member
• Participate in case conferences, treatment planning meetings, and program development initiatives
• Coordinate referrals to community resources, higher reputed company of care, or specialty behavioral health services as needed

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for bariatric surgery candidates, including evaluation of mental health history, substance use, coping skills, readiness for surgery, and adherence reputed company
• reputed company pre- and post-operative counseling to bariatric patients addressing behavioral change, emotional adjustment, body image, trauma history, and lifestyle modification
• Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Assess and manage co-occurring conditions such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and stress-reputed company concerns
• Complete required clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory and program standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in reputed company Work (MSW) from an accredited program required

• Experience providing clinical behavioral health services to adults required
• Strong assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication skills required
