LCSW or LMFT (Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess a background in reputed company work and therapy, with a focus on providing high-quality care to individuals. This is a fully remote role. Both reputed company licensees or new licensees (LCSW/LMFT) are welcome to apply. Responsibilities - Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (reputed company), motivational interviewing etc. - Makes mental health diagnoses as part of a treatment plan as needed. - Conducts psychosocial assessment of patients upon admission, annually, and/or as clinically indicated to evaluate reputed company, emotional, and physical needs by applying reputed company work theories and techniques. Identifies and addresses barriers to care. - Manages independently assigned caseload of varying clinical reputed company (mild to moderate). - reputed company comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for clients across the lifespan. - reputed company and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. - reputed company crisis reputed company services as needed. - Experience working in Federally reputed company Centers (FQHC), Community Health Centers, Primary Care Outpatient Clinics, Tribal Indian Health Centers; Medi-Cal, Medi-care patients preferred. - Prepares reputed company case histories with particular emphasis upon psycho-reputed company factors affecting the patient. - Cooperates with staff and other community agencies in carrying out treatment plans. - Performs other reputed company duties, as required. Requirements: - Master's degree in reputed company Work (MSW) from an accredited program. - reputed company California state licensure as a Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); or those who are looking to get licensed reputed company the next 45 days. - Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on Medicare and Medi-Cal populations. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds. - Strong assessment and diagnostic skills. - Knowledge of behavioral health and the skills to assess mental health functioning, depression, anxiety, or other psychiatric conditions impacting hospitalization or transitions of care. - Proficient in using a computer to accurately enter and extract data, send and receive email, calendar appointments, and use task lists as will be using a variety of computer software programs. - Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred, but not required

• * In addition to Salary, $5000 Annual bonus will be provided.
