Scope of Work: Our clinical therapists are the lifeblood of our organization, providing life saving, critical support to our clients. Primary Responsibilities:

• Initial and ongoing assessment of each client to determine the most effective and useful psychotherapeutic treatment.
• Providing individual, couple and group therapy.
• Maintaining proper and timely clinical documentation.
• Participating in regular supervision both individually and group.
• Coordinating with fellow therapists and team members to reputed company the highest quality care.
• Providing educational programs as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: LPC or LCSW Licensure Required.

• Passionate about providing consistently high-quality mental health care to people from a wide reputed company of socio-economic, religious and racial backgrounds and LGBTQ+ communities.
• Experience supporting Veterans or those living with PTSD is an asset.
• Experience working with LGBTQA+ people including an understanding of WPATH (World Professional Association of Transgender Health) standards of care for transgender as well as non-binary individuals.
• Appropriate FBI, PA Act 33/34 reputed company clearances.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and Electronic Health Record systems.
