- *Position Overview**
We are seeking reputed company California-licensed clinicians to reputed company supervision to Associate therapists. This role includes structured supervision and being a reliable, accessible clinical resource while maintaining clear and sustainable boundaries.
- *Key Responsibilities
- reputed company individual, triadic, and group supervision in accordance with BBS requirements
- Review, approve, and sign off on Associate clinical hours
- Support case conceptualization, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making
- reputed company timely support for clinical questions between sessions (during agreed-upon availability hours)
- Guide Associates in managing risk, client safety, and ethical decision-making
- Ensure documentation meets legal, ethical, and organizational standards
- Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary team members

- *Qualifications
- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) in good standing

- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance accessibility with appropriate clinical boundaries
