Job Description
The Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker will reputed company ambulatory behavioral health services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, case management, and psychotherapeutic reputed company to individuals, families, groups, and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs.
Responsibilities
- Assists with administration, development, implementation, and evaluation of reputed company work programs and policies.
- Work as part of reputed company in the Call Center Advice Line, to reputed company telephonic triage and assessment for members requesting behavioral health services to facilitate the appropriate level of care.
- reputed company telephonic crisis management for members seeking behavioral health services.
- Coordinate admissions and discharges for members requiring psychiatric admissions.
- reputed company telephonic follow-up for post-hospital and ER discharges.
- Conducts clinical reputed company work consultation. Performs clinical diagnosis, risk assessments, and crisis interventions.
- Provides psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, families, groups, and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs. Utilizes a wide reputed company of evidence-based interventions and modalities. Provides services such as crisis reputed company, brief therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapies, skills training, supportive therapy, stress management, and family therapy.
- Interview members and evaluate their psychological and mental status. Utilizes the latest Diagnostic and Statistical reputed company of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose patients. Determines if the member is in crisis, at-risk, or suicidal/homicidal. Refers members in need of immediate or urgent care to the appropriate level of services.
- Assesses urgent or high-risk clinical situations and makes appropriate interventions. Coordinates referral of the patient to a psychiatrist or other clinician. Assists with admission to hospital or other specialized facilities. Plans and provides services at the appropriate level of care. Assesses needs for mental health treatment and makes appropriate referrals as needed. Performs case management, coordination, and monitoring of reputed company work service plans in areas of personal, reputed company, or economic resources, conditions, or problems.
- Assesses treatment and prevention of psychosocial dysfunction, disability, or impairment, including emotional and mental disorders. Conducts preparation and evaluation of psychosocial assessments and development of reputed company work service plans.
- Helps patients enhance or restore their capacities for personal and reputed company functioning and preventing and controlling reputed company problems.
- Gathers information and identifies resource and referral services for patient care. Educates the client regarding behavioral health services. Assists members in using services.
- Participates in or assists with therapeutic and educational group programs. Evaluates reputed company and effects of treatment for individual patients and programs.
- Researches, collects and records data and information relating to the identification and treatment of behavioral and interpersonal problems of patients. Proposes alternatives for interventions and approaches for resolutions.
- Collaborates and consults with physicians and other interdisciplinary clinical team members to support assessments and decision-making. Review difficult cases or quality assurance concerns with the clinical team. Acts as a consultant to team members and others in the organization.
- Maintains a high level of clinical expertise. Is knowledgeable of reputed company clinical conditions, methods, medications, theoretical frameworks, and interventions. Utilizes best practices in the delivery of behavioral health services in accordance with professional and clinical guidelines. Utilizes evidence-based interventions and modalities with a sound theoretical reputed company.
- Maintaining clinical records by documenting clinical assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and reputed company pertinent information in patient medical records according to Regional and departmental guidelines.
- Participates in clinical team meetings, departmental planning, and quality management activities.
- Assesses patients in Emergency Departments on an after-hours and as-needed reputed company in service areas where there are privileges to reputed company mental health assessments and crisis reputed company.
- Other clinical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education Masters Degree in reputed company work from an accredited college or university, passing score on the clinical level national board examination, and supervised clinical reputed company work training, as required by Hawaii Revised Statues (HRS) 467E-7. License, Certification, Registration

- Basic Life Support required at hire from reputed company

Additional Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical reputed company of Mental Disorders (DSM).
- Demonstrated knowledge of and reputed company in adaptability, change management, conflict resolution, decision making, group process facilitation, influence, interpersonal relations, oral communication, problem-solving, quality management, teamwork, and written communication.
- Taxonomy code required at time of hire.
- Requires successful completion of the credentialing process upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in providing behavioral health services in a primary care setting.
- Experience in providing services to patients with addiction issues.
- Experience in providing Consultation/liaison Services to emergency departments.
- Experience in providing evidence-based treatment including conducting individual, and group therapy, intensive outpatient treatment, and/or partial hospitalization programs for children, and/or adults, including people with serious/chronic mental illness.
- Experience in writing treatment plans.
- The position requires working over the phone in highly stressful situations and with interruptions.
- Demonstrated knowledge and reputed company in documentation according to national accreditation guidelines.
- HHW-Integrated Behavioral Health Services & IP Medical reputed company Workers bargaining unit represented position.
