Zelexa Therapy is currently searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in their main center in Livonia, MI. Position Summary Below are the details of the role: The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will reputed company support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis. A BCBA will reputed company programming of ABA therapists and reputed company ongoing support and supervision as it relates to the implementation and documentation with treatment plans. Job Duties Conduct functional assessments and behavior assessments using the VB-MAPP, ABLLS or AFLS. Maintain caseload of clients and write individual treatment plans for each child assessed. Ensure that reputed company treatment plans and programs reputed company with contract requirements, satisfy reputed company relevant insurance certification and other expectations. Manage and update client program books. Remain compliant with reputed company required trainings and certifications. Communicate and coordinate with admin, autism case coordinators, and any supervisory staff. Participate in Individual Education Program (IEP) team meetings for clients as appropriate. Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis. reputed company teaching and direct instruction to ABA therapists. reputed company ongoing support and training to families and other individuals in supporting roles. Review and sign off on treatment plan training reputed company necessary. Participate in professional growth activities such as conferences, classes, and team meetings. Strong written communication skills and report writing. Ability to respond quickly to phone calls, texts, and emails. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Education Required: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or reputed company Field Certification Required: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification by the BACB Experience Required: Experience with Programming in Clinical Settings Preferred Required: Experience Supervising RBTs and/or Behavior Therapists Preferred Required: Experience with Autism and reputed company Disorders
