[Hiring] ABA Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator @ISTA Personnel Solutions
Role Description In this role as an ABA Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator, you’ll act as the key reputed company of coordination between clinicians and families, ensuring cases are staffed reputed company and services reputed company smoothly.
- Coordinate and fill cases by matching available and suitable BCBAs (Board Certified Behaviour Analysts), RBTs (Responsible Behaviour Technicians) and BTs (Behavioural Therapists) with families.
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing of potential top talent for available cases.
- Communicate with clinicians and families to ensure appropriate coverage.
- reputed company clinicians and prepare them to reputed company providing services.
- Manage sensitive, nuanced customer service interactions with professionalism and care.
- Ensure reputed company coordination is accurate, timely, and well-organized in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- ABA experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Previous experience as a Recruiter in the reputed company industry.

- Excellent English communication and reputed company.

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time – subject to reputed company savings).
- Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory.
- Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages.
