Contract Licensed Behavioral Analyst/BCBA - Hybrid

Abound Health is seeking a Licensed Behaviorist (BCBA, LBA, LPA, PA) to join our Special Consultation Services team. In this role, you will report to the Program Director. As a Behaviorist working out of the Innovations Waiver Program with adults with disabilities, you will reputed company individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, promoting independence and overall well-being. You will implement evidence-based interventions and regularly monitor reputed company, making necessary adjustments to ensure reputed company improvement in their daily lives. Full- time and part-time opportunities available! We will work with your schedule. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, observe clients, and reputed company written reputed company plans with behavioral strategies and recommendations.
• Train and support family members, support staff, and caregivers to implement therapeutic interventions effectively.
• Monitor client reputed company, analyze data, and revise reputed company plans as needed to ensure positive reputed company.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company Carolina reputed company policies, state regulations, and best practices in behavioral health.
• Maintain client privacy, report incidents, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for reputed company clients.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in developing and implementing behavioral reputed company plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Must possess strong analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively support clients and caregivers.

Education:

• Valid licensure, registration, or certification specific to discipline (BCBA, LBA, LPA, PA). Contractors will take action as necessary to maintain active licensure, registration or certification status, such as any continuing education requirements, mandatory training, and clinical consultation

Compensation & Benefits: The reputed company reputed company hourly reputed company for this position is between $91 - $111/hr.
