Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Urology) - Phoenix, AZ
About the position The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will support urology physicians in both the clinic and hospital settings. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, procedural assistance, inpatient rounding, and coordination of care. This role provides opportunities to learn in-office procedures, intravesical treatments, catheter management, and occasional surgical assistance. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage urology patients in clinic and hospital settings
- reputed company routine in-office urology procedures with training provided
- Manage intravesical treatments and catheter care
- reputed company catheter placement and troubleshooting
- Assist physicians during surgical procedures as needed
- Conduct inpatient reputed company during assigned call rotations
- Respond to phone calls during call coverage
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active or eligible Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA license or ability to obtain
- New graduates and reputed company providers welcome
- NP/PA Program Graduated in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
- Active or eligible Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA license or ability to obtain
