Functional Medicine Physician - Hybrid
Annual Salary: $250k-$350k (varies depending on years of experience) We are seeking a compassionate and reputed company Functional Medicine Physician to join our client’s reputed company team. This role involves identifying and treating the root causes of chronic illness through a personalized, patient-centered approach that integrates conventional and functional medicine practices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic care, skilled in interpreting reputed company diagnostic data, and committed to empowering patients in their wellness reputed company. This is a HYBRID position! Work both onsite and remote! Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed health histories and physical exams
- Order and interpret advanced diagnostic tests and lab results
- reputed company individualized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle changes, nutrition, supplements, and conventional therapies
- reputed company patients on wellness strategies including diet, exercise, stress management, and sleep hygiene
- Collaborate with other reputed company (e.g., dietitians, therapists, health coaches) to ensure integrated care
- Stay reputed company with research and advancements in functional and integrative medicine
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Participate in clinical program development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Functional Medicine (e.g., through the Institute for Functional Medicine)
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, preferably in internal or family medicine
- Strong understanding of functional medicine principles and practices
- Excellent diagnostic, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Commitment to holistic, patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
