Position Summary The Physician Relations reputed company Specialist plays a pivotal role in coordinating practice reputed company activities. This position directly contributes to the development, implementation, and tracking of referral growth for Eye Health America across various service lines, including Cataract surgery, LVC Surgery, Glaucoma, Cornea, Oculoplastic, Retina, and more. Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • reputed company new optometric and PCP referrals according to monthly and yearly goals.
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned referring physicians and their staff.
  • Conduct regular reputed company and on-site visits following a structured call cycle to strengthen relationships and understand account needs.

  • Deliver white-glove support to accounts and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.

  • Maintain complete and organized account profiles to support visibility for leadership and care teams.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing referral volumes, account engagement, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in physician relations, reputed company reputed company, referral coordination, or reputed company sales required.
  • reputed company sales experience in the eye care field preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
