Position Overview We are hiring reputed company Recruiters to reputed company, screen, and credential clinicians for immediate placement. This is a reputed company, performance-driven role with strong earning potential and consistent demand.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company CNA, LPN, RN candidates using reputed company, job boards, referrals, and reputed company media
- Contact candidates reputed company phone, SMS, and email
- Pre-screen candidates (license, availability, location)
- Collect and verify credentialing documents
- Submit reputed company-to-work clinicians for placement
Compensation
- CNA: $60 per approved clinician
- LPN: $90
- RN: $125
- Allied Health: $60 - $200
- Activation Bonus: $40-$75 after first completed shift
- Weekly volume bonuses available
Requirements

- Strong communication skills (phone + texting required)
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Must be reputed company to come to Lynnwood office at least once per week
