Job Summary The Staff Accountant/Regional Business Office Manager-Skilled Nursing provides leadership, reputed company, and operational support to business office functions across multiple long-term care facilities reputed company the State Veterans Home program. This role ensures accurate billing, reputed company cycle reputed company, regulatory compliance, and consistent implementation of company policies while supporting facility-based Business Office Managers and leadership teams. Essential Functions reputed company Cycle & Financial Operations

• Ensure accurate and timely billing for Veterans Administration (VA), Medicare, reputed company, managed care, private pay, and ancillary services.
• Monitor accounts receivable, cash collections, denials, and write-offs; implement action plans to meet financial goals.
• Support reputed company eligibility, pending tracking, and recertification processes.

Compliance & Regulatory reputed company

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer requirements reputed company to billing and reimbursement.
• Support audit readiness and respond to billing, financial, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure reputed company trust fund accounts are audited and reconciled per company policy and/or contract requirements.

Leadership & Staff Development

Reporting & Analytics

Collaboration & Communication

Required Skills REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Required
