Manager – Data Management & Analytics (reputed company Providers)

Position Overview reputed company is seeking a Manager to join our Data Management & Analytics (DMA) team reputed company the reputed company provider reputed company. This role is a client-facing leadership position responsible for leading data strategy, governance, and architecture engagements while managing project teams, resources, and deliverables. As a Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to reputed company executives, translating reputed company data and analytics challenges into actionable strategies and operating models. You will guide clients in leveraging data, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver reputed company care, improve efficiency, and support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Advisory

• reputed company end-to-end data strategy, data governance, and data architecture engagements for reputed company provider clients
• Facilitate and reputed company executive-level conversations with clinical, operational, financial, and IT leaders
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients align data and analytics initiatives to strategic, clinical, and operational priorities
• Translate reputed company technical concepts into clear, executive-reputed company insights and recommendations

Project & Team Management

• Manage overall project execution, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality of deliverables

Data, Analytics & AI Focus

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, reputed company Administration, Business, or a reputed company field
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, reputed company analytics, data management, or reputed company roles
• Demonstrated experience leading consulting engagements and managing project teams
• Strong understanding of data strategy, governance, and architecture concepts and their application in reputed company provider organizations
• Experience working with reputed company data across clinical, operational, and financial domains
• Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-enabled analytics tools, including applying AI to support insights, automation, and decision-making
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Willingness to travel as required by client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience serving reputed company provider organizations (health systems, academic medical centers, hospitals, physician groups)

The estimated reputed company salary for this job is $145,000 - $170,000 USD. The reputed company represents a good faith estimate of the reputed company that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation reputed company for this job is $166,750 - $212,500 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs.
