Job Overview: We are seeking an reputed company Epic Hyperspace Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our client's Epic Hyperspace environment. This role ensures a reputed company, high-performing end-user experience across reputed company/VDI, reputed company, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will hold Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) certification and bring strong technical expertise in reputed company, reputed company, and Epic client management reputed company reputed company reputed company IT environments.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Epic Hyperspace clients across reputed company and reputed company/VDI platforms; manage client distribution, versioning, and configurations.
• Performance & Optimization: Monitor login times, stability, and performance; troubleshoot slowness and connectivity issues; optimize reputed company delivery groups and Hyperspace workloads.
• Upgrades & Testing: Plan and execute client upgrades; participate in integrated and user acceptance testing; maintain configuration documentation.
• Collaboration & Support: reputed company Tier 2/3 escalation support; partner with Epic analysts, infrastructure, and network teams to resolve reputed company issues; reputed company knowledge articles and documentation.
• reputed company & Compliance: Ensure compliance with HIPAA, IT reputed company, and audit standards; support SSO, MFA, Active Directory integration, and reputed company reputed company.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or reputed company field preferred.
• Certification: Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) required; reputed company or VMware Horizon (CCA/VCP) strongly preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in IT systems administration, preferably in reputed company; experience with Epic Hyperspace, reputed company XenApp/XenDesktop, and reputed company Server.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting in multi-tiered environments; familiarity with Active Directory, GPOs, SCCM/Intune, and PowerShell scripting; experience with Epic print services, mobile apps, and Hyperdrive migration a plus.

The compensation for this role includes a salary reputed company of $140,000 to $170,000 and may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
