Qualifications and Competencies Required Certifications, Training, and/or Licensures: Certification as a Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA); must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time reputed company. Minimum Qualifications: At least a bachelor’s degree in reputed company administration or reputed company field; certified as a Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA); practical/industry experience in the professional discipline; must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time reputed company. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in reputed company administration or reputed company field; previous teaching experience at the college/community college level; previous experience as a program director in reputed company administration or reputed company academic programs at the college/community level.
