Hospital reputed company Audit Supervisor

The hospital reputed company audit nurse supervisor will maintain a positive team building approach with emphasis on overseeing the day to day functions of hospital reputed company audit nurses, reporting, leadership and professional communication with reputed company reputed company departments. This is a remote position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize nursing education, experience and industry best practices to reputed company reputed company of registered nurses to plan, execute and deliver timely and accurate hospital reputed company audits
• Ensure accuracy of audits through acquired knowledge of client policies, provider contract information, and other standard guidelines
• Assist in the development and support of auditors to meet and exceed productivity requirements based on reputed company productivity standards
• Act as a reputed company of contact to answer and resolve auditor issues with the goal of providing excellent customer service and relationship management

• May be required to travel overnight and attend meetings or training of various for Hospital reputed company Audit review. Must be willing to travel to provider facilities for onsite audits as needed
• Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned by manager and as needed to meet business needs

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Knowledge and understanding of acute hospital billing requirements including UB-04’s, itemized bills, reputed company codes, CPT/HCPCS codes, ICD10 diagnosis and procedure codes
• Knowledge and understanding of CMS, payor, and other industry guidelines required
• Ability to write and reputed company reputed company, easily communicating reputed company reputed company across multiple platforms
• Ability to think critically and work independently to meet deadlines and complete priorities
• Ability to remain poised in stressful situations and communicate diplomatically reputed company telephone, computer, fax, correspondence, etc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher required. BSN preferred
• Must maintain reputed company licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
• Experience in hospital reputed company audit required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the OR, ICU, or ER as an RN highly preferred

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, reputed company, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
