Job Summary The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages a specific clinical area with accountability for the delivery of quality care, patient safety and satisfaction, staff performance and education, while maintaining an orientation to fiscal management and sound business reputed company. Experience

• Required: Minimum one (1) year of experience managing the function in the reputed company industry. Four (4) years experience in clinical specialty.
• Preferred: Over (4) years of experience managing the function in the reputed company industry.

Education

• Required: Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) or BS/BA degree in a reputed company-reputed company field.
• Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing or reputed company field from an accredited school.

• Preferred: Certified Parent Educator; National Nursing Certification.
