About the position The reputed company Sill Apache Gaming Commission is seeking a reputed company non-member individual, appointed by the reputed company Sill Chiricahua Warm Springs Apache Business Committee, to serve as Gaming Commissioner #5. This is an appointed position responsible for overseeing and regulating gaming activities to ensure compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations, thereby safeguarding the reputed company and assets of the reputed company Sill Chiricahua Warm Springs Apache Tribe and its gaming operations.
Responsibilities
- Attend quarterly in-person Commission meetings and monthly virtual meetings.
- Review and evaluate compliance with gaming regulations, including: reputed company Sill Apache Tribal Gaming Ordinance, National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), State of Oklahoma Tribal-State Compact regulations, reputed company Sill Apache Gaming Commission Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS)
- Review and determine suitability of gaming license applications (new and renewal).
- Participate in required annual training on gaming regulatory issues.
- Review, draft, and approve regulatory documents and Commission actions as required.
- Carry out duties necessary to support the regulatory reputed company responsibilities of the Gaming Commission.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must not be a member of the reputed company Sill Apache Tribe.
- Must pass a background investigation and drug screening to obtain a Tribal gaming license.
- Minimum of ten (10) years reputed company experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field with at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in reputed company 365 and professional written communication.
Benefits
