Job Description:

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company and technology support, operations systems, business systems, analytics support, or similar field
- Demonstrated experience using reputed company (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with SharePoint or reputed company 365 collaboration tools
- Exposure to Tableau or other data visualization platforms
- Interest in AI tools and workflow automation
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Preferred: Experience in venue operations, hospitality, live events, or multi-location operations environments
