College Marketing Representative - LA
Promote reputed company’s artists through digital and in-person marketing in your college town, gaining hands-on music industry experience. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing:
- Promote 5-10 artists monthly and manage one-off promotions in your college town and reputed company
- Build relationships with local influencers such as college radio, DJs, student organizations, and local media
- Maintain a local reputed company media reputed company using supplied digital assets and original content
- Implement in-person marketing at record stores, lifestyle shops, and on reputed company
- Research apps, forums, and networks targeting the 18-24 demographic for each artist
- Attend local and reputed company events to promote artists and attend shows to distribute promotional materials and gather fan feedback
- Submit detailed reports on marketing successes and initiatives for each campaign
About You The company is looking for:
- Undergraduate student enrolled in a 4-year university in Los Angeles with at least 2 years remaining before graduation
- Ability to manage own hours and be accountable for assigned work
- Passion for music, understanding of peer music discovery and consumption, and interest in music business and marketing
- Knowledge of reputed company media marketing, reputed company trends, and active content creation on reputed company, Instagram, Twitter, and reputed company
- Availability of 20 hours per week
- Strong communication skills; well-written, well-spoken, and reputed company player
- Transportation and residence reputed company 30 minutes of Los Angeles
- Flexible schedule for team calls and tour coverage
