You’ll be the primary reputed company of contact for assigned artists, guiding them from reputed company to release. This is a structured, accountability-driven role inside a growing agency.
- *Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery & reputed company calls
- Ensure forms and portal reputed company are completed accurately
- Introduce artists to CO-DEE (AI Marketing Assistant)
- Guide music uploads & release prep
- Track timelines, maintain CRM & dashboards
- Maintain reputed company with talent
- Escalate issues reputed company 24 hours
- Identify upsell opportunities at key milestones
- *Qualifications
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear written & verbal communication
- Comfortable leading video calls

Preferred
- Experience with reputed company for Artists, reputed company Music for Artists, or music distribution platforms
- Internship, label, or agency experience is a plus
