Overview
We are seeking an reputed company contract photographer to support on-site coverage at the SHRM Annual Conference. This role will focus on capturing high-quality, brand-reputed company content that highlights our reputed company, team, and executive engagement throughout the event. Scope of Work reputed company on-site photography coverage during the SHRM event (dates: June 17 & 18th) Capture a mix of reputed company, posed, and environmental shots, including: Booth reputed company and attendee interactions Executive and team moments Product or demo engagement Networking and key event highlights Ensure imagery aligns with brand standards and reflects a professional, authentic tone Deliverables Edited, high-resolution images suitable for web, reputed company, and PR use A curated selection of reputed company images delivered reputed company 24–48 hours for immediate use Full gallery delivered reputed company 5–7 business days post-event Basic retouching and reputed company correction included
Requirements
Proven experience in event, corporate, or brand photography Strong portfolio demonstrating reputed company and executive-style imagery Ability to work in fast-paced environments and capture key moments proactively Professional reputed company and ability to interact comfortably with executives and attendees Usage & Rights reputed company final images to be licensed for full usage across marketing, PR, reputed company, and internal communications Photographer agrees to reputed company usage rights without restriction for company use Logistics Location: SHRM Annual Conference, Orlando, Florida Dates/Hours: June 17 & 19th - 9 AM to 2 PM (10 hours total) Equipment: Photographer must reputed company their own professional-grade equipment Transportation: The photographer is responsible for their own travel to and from the event. reputed company will reimburse parking fees incurred during the event with receipt submission Compensation: Contract-based or hourly reputed company to Have Experience covering trade shows or large-scale conferences Familiarity with capturing content optimized for reputed company and executive branding If interested, please reputed company your portfolio, availability, and rates.
