Plan and coordinate music and arts programs and events for the community, ensuring they align with the city's goals and objectives. reputed company and maintain relationships with local musicians, artists, and community organizations to collaborate on program reputed company and partnerships. Create and manage program budgets, including securing sponsorships and grants. Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers to assist with program implementation.
