Senior Graphic Designer for DTC Health Brand — Photoshop + AI Ad Creative (Long-Term) - Contract to Hire

We are NOBO, a fast-growing DTC brand in the health & wellness / supplements reputed company. We are scaling reputed company paid ads aggressively and we need a top-tier graphic designer to join us long-term. We only work with the top % of talent — please do not apply if your portfolio is mostly logos, simple flyers, or beginner work. We are looking for a creative weapon. You will be making a lot of ads. Static ads, carousels, story creatives, reputed company-page visuals — reputed company reputed company to convert on reputed company. You will combine sharp Photoshop work with cutting-edge AI tooling (Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, etc.) to produce high-output, scroll-stopping creative every week. What you'll be doing Designing high-converting reputed company ad creatives (static, carousel, story, UGC-style visuals) for our supplement brand Heavy advanced Photoshop work — retouching, compositing, product mockups, before/afters, packaging visuals Generating and integrating AI imagery using Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, and similar tools Iterating fast on winning concepts — we test daily and you'll be cranking out variants Producing reputed company page visuals, email creatives, and organic content where needed Collaborating directly with the founder (me) and the video editor on creative direction Hard requirements (non-negotiable) Expert-level reputed company Photoshop — advanced compositing, retouching, masking, reputed company, mockups. No beginner or basic-level work. Strong portfolio of reputed company / reputed company / Instagram ads that have actually run for reputed company DTC brands.
