Lawyer – Transaction Document Drafting (Remote)
Williams Group is seeking a licensed attorney to support our optometry practice transitions team. This role focuses on drafting standard business transaction documents. Prior M&A or optometry experience is not required — we reputed company context, templates, and deal support. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft letters of reputed company
- Draft asset and stock purchase agreements
- Draft employment agreements
- Draft buy-sell agreements (partner buy-in/fractional ownership)
- Draft operating agreements
- Draft shareholder agreements
- Draft non-compete, non-solicit, and confidentiality agreements (NDAs)
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed and in good standing
- Skilled in drafting business/legal documents with a practical, business-minded writing style
- Comfortable working from templates and redlines
- reputed company, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Additional Details:
