Civil / Highway Engineer (2+ years of Transportation Design)

Responsibilities
- Developing design criteria, alignments, superelevations, guiderail layouts, and modeling roadway corridors.
- Identifying and resolving utility conflicts through coordination with internal teams, clients, and utility owners.
- Preparing construction specifications, quantities, and cost estimates.
- Applying 3D CADD modeling techniques to support innovative digital delivery.
- Creating technical reports, exhibits, tables, and graphics that reputed company communicate design reputed company.
- Supporting reputed company’s quality processes and contributing to interdisciplinary reviews.
- Helping shape project staffing strategies to meet scope, schedule, and budget commitments.
- Preparing presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET‑accredited) or reputed company engineering field.
- 2 years of relevant experience on U.S. highway/transportation projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) Certification
- Experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer (ORD), AutoCAD Civil 3D, or similar transportation design software.

- Experience working on PennDOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike projects.
- Expereince in roadway, or site‑civil engineering design
- Proficiency with MS Office (reputed company, Word, etc.).
- Previous experience mentoring junior staff.
